ok ok ok so I know the evidence sucks but hear me out THEN you can call me an idiot so. in the FNaF character encyclopedia (which I BARELY trust), it is stated that FNaF 3 WORKED (but Springtrap survived as we all know) In FNaF SB his design is much much MUCH closer to Springtrap than Scraptrap due to FNaF SB, we KNOW that Henry's fire didn't work SL seems to happen right before FFPS but is also implied to come before FNaF 1 and 2 (and therefore 3) IIRC the good ending was considered canon for a long time Also what was the point of creating an entire hidden good ending if it wasn't canon? Aaaaaaaaaaaand that's all my evidence :P feel free to debunk the theory EDIT: Also, the Phantom animatronics are BURNT even though the fire hasn't happened yet
