(It does not actually send) Instructions----------------VERY IMPORTANT--------------------- When writing what the letter is about, include key words such as thank, tell, apologize, sorry, birthday, ask, or invite. The next question asks what you want to tell, apologize for, invite to, etc. (See choices above) Make sure you TYPE AS IF YOU'RE TALKING TO THE PERSON.
