A robot designed by Wily to destroy Mega Man. Can lob out bombs from the top of its head. Stays airborne and follows the player. The bombs are supposed to look like candy. NOT A LEGO STUD FOR GOODNESS SAKE- And the enemy itself is supposed to look like a Dum-Dum Sucker on a stick, and it is airborne, so that's why the stick ejects fire underneath. Their energy levels always skyrocket, so that's why their eyes always move around like they've gone insane.
