Moonblind led Solaryx to the small circular patterned area on the floor. The task of her Conversion was almost complete. “Why did I have to get a numbing agent…?” Solaryx finally questioned Moonblind softly, blinking up at him. The panther waved her off. “Oh, it’s just so you’re not… uncomfortable,” he replied simply. Solaryx nodded, though there was a tugging sensation within her stomach, still not knowing what the panther had in store for her. Clovedian glanced at Moonblind, an almost worried look washing over the Alexander Archipelago wolf’s face. The white panther nodded once in affirmation, though he himself had been shaken by Niko’s words. He knew that if he were to hurt Solaryx, or even worse, cause the death of the bleached fox, his ex would hate him. Niko wasn’t lying, but she was wrong. There was no possible way that he would or could cause the death of the fox. His whiskers twitched as he motioned for Solaryx to come near him. The white panther took a deep breath, before beginning his speech. “Today, we are honoring Miss Solaryx,” he began, patting Solaryx’s head comfortingly. “The kit who is being converted to a Furorian. This is a very private moment between the family and the Converter,” he chuckled lightly with a pause. “Which would be me. If someone in here is not her family, please, respectfully step out.” After waiting for a brief moment, no one exited the room. Solaryx took this small pause in order to glance around the decadent room. There was a chandelier hanging above them, the floor a large, golden circle that almost barriered her from her family. This thought sent chills down her spine, though her excitement didn't dwindle. She was almost certain she was ready to turn into a Furorian. She was excited to finally fit in with her peers. The white panther lowered himself to Solaryx level like he had done before, lifting the fox’s, still numb and tingly, hand. He leaned in slightly, feeling Solaryx tug slightly at her wrist. He blinked down at her, smiling kindly. “It’s alright… I’m not going to hurt you,” he assured her. Solaryx smiled nervously at him, no longer resisting as she watched him warily. Before the bleached fox could react, the white panther pressed his cold lips to her palm, sinking his teeth into the bleached fox’s squishy pad. The bleached fox, although felt no pain, gave a strangled yelp, jerking away whenever the white panther released his grip on her. The familiar smell of salty iron, as well as the warm, tingling feeling of the red liquid running down her wrist reminded her of what had actually happened to her. “You…” she paused for a moment. “You… bit me…”
