Normally when I draw, I'm doing requests or a contest entry, I don't really draw a lot "for myself" now that I think about it. 6. what do you like to create? I like to draw humans, mainly girls, but I've started drawing more boys recently! 7. when have you started doing art? I started drawing about a 2 and a half years ago. I've obviously been drawing for a lot longer than that, but that's when I started taking it seriously and like... consistently doing it ig? 8. are you planning/doing art for a career? Honestly, I'm not sure yet ;v; I really want to be an actor, but doing art for a career would also slay :0 9. do you post art here? yArSh 10. are you interested in art history? Yeah, actually :') I don't really "deal with it," per se, I just find a cool contest to enter and that kinda gets me back in the swing of things :> 14. what supplies do you use to draw? Normal pencil, fine liner, eraser, colored pencils, white pen, blending stump. 15. do you like painting? Yes! Most of you don't know this, but I'm actually an abstract painter as well ;-; 16. do you sell your artwork? Nah, I wish. It's not really worth anything tho, I wouldn't be able to sell it for that much. 17. what do you like to listen to while you draw? Honestly, nothing ('._.) sometimes I'll just listen to the song in the contest project over and over again, but most of the time I just draw in silence. I've started listening to k-pop while I draw tho, more recently. 18. what's the hardest thing in art for you? HANDS DOWN (pun intended) HANDS AND SHADING SOMEONE HELP ME PLZ /hj 19. what skill are you learning/want to learn? Shading and how to actually draw hands. 20. do you put filters over your artwork? nah, but when I drew a dmc prize I stuck a couple of google photos filters over it lol 21. does you family support you and your art? Eh, most of the time, sometimes they tell me I should be doing something more "productive" tho :"D 22. do you consider yourself as a beginner? Kinda, there's still some basic things I don't know how to do. 23. what is a rule you always go by when creating art? I do a REALLY rough sketch first, to get proportions and anatomy right, then I go in with a more detailed sketch and add things like clothes details, eyes, and a rough hair outline. 24. do you like drawing backgrounds? Nope </3 25. can someone commission you? if so, put details! I WISH 26. what is the most important part of art? (color, form, etc.) Um... idrk ;-; I love coloring tho <3 27. do you like to shade? If I knew how :') 28. if you were to give a young artist a piece of advice, what would it be? If you don't like the way something turned out, don't get discouraged, just take a page in your sketchbook to practice that one thing, and look at reference images and tutorials until you get it the way you want it. I did that with eyes and it helped a lot. 29. as an artist, where do you see yourself in 2 years? Honestly, I really don't know, I'd probably have gotten better and hands, and maybe sorta learned how to shade? 30. last question! do you genuinely enjoy making art? Yes! I wouldn't do it if I didn't like it <3
