Drag the food to put it on your plate, the customer will ask for a type of sushi and u will have to make it. If the time gets to 0 u lose, if u get the sushi done in time it will reset. Try to get a big high score without letting the time get to 0. By the way when making sushi you always have to put sea weed and rice on it, even if the customer doesn't ask for it.
