Left to right: The Sorceress, King Neptune CHARACTER PROFILES: - The Sorceress is a mysterious, reclusive magic-weilder who lives alone in an old mansion in the Mushroom Forest. Very little is known about her past, and even exactly who she is, but she seems to have some past relation to Fred. - King Neptune is the stern, stubborn ruler of Atlantis, an advanced, underwater civilization. He rules his kingdom with an iron grip, and he has no time to bother with the Hat Guardians and their missions, no matter the situation.
