Press Z to advance dialogue/shoot when Yinn HP becomes visible and press the arrow keys to move. After you beat the boss and it shows the first part of the cutscene you have to wait 3 seconds before being able to press Z to advance. This is to prevent accidentally skipping from spamming Z to shoot.
