idea: @yuzuria my newjeans OMG theory this is my personal opinion, i might be wrong ^^ HANNI hanni (in the mv) compares herself to siri/an iphone. she says how she "does everything you want me to" and this might mean that hanni compares herself to being a follower instead of a leader, blindly following others. she says that sometimes she doesnt know where she is or what shes doing, which adds more to the "blindly following others" theory. HYEIN in the mv, hyein is seen in many fairy tales and wearing dresses like a princess. this might mean that she feels like being the youngest has made her less mature than the others in the group. at one point in the mv, she is seen with a bear, who at first seems friendly and harmless, but then roars. this might imply how hyein feels being pressured with the fame/fans at a younger age. at another point, everyone is gathered around the table, but hyein looks over at a teddy bear in the corner, which might mean she wishes she could go back to being a child with no responsibilities. DANIELLE danielle is usually seen as the bubbly, happy one of the group. in the mv, she is seen laughing hysterically at a broken tv. this might mean that she has tried too hard to be happy with everything and in the end she turned out laughing all the time. such as how in the scene after the broken tv scene, they were all in an ambulance but danielle was still laughing. MINJI minji is the mom of the group and shes so into her role that she thinks shes a doctor helping everyone out when really, shes a patient like the rest of them. at one point in the mv, she is seen walking up to someone who she thinks needs help, but when their face is shown, it turns out to be minjis. this might mean that minji is starting to realize what place shes in and that she really needs help too. HAERIN bunnies have said she has cat-like characteristics and now she thinks she’s a literal cat because of her feeling like that’s the role she’s stuck in. in the mv, shes seen as a cat, because thats what their fans have made her feel like. also in the mv, she was doodling a lot, such as on the ambulance and in the notebook at the end. it might mean that she felt lonely, excluded from the others because she was so different. while everyone was doing things, she was in her own dream world, doodling. at one point in the mv, everyone is gathered around the table but haerin implied like a ghost, showing that she felt secluded from others. in all of these examples, all the roles fans gave them turns into reality. it shows how fans can really impact the idols. idea:
