account hopping over to @melody-sy :> i've changed a lot in the past year and i don't think my current username really represents me anymore-- i have weird memories attached to it that i'd rather distance myself from, and since scratch doesn't let you simply change your username, this is the next best option-- that being said, i like giving myself a clean, fresh start every once in a while! scratch accounts get really messy after using them, and i think it's good to throw everything away and start over sometimes
