Don’t use this without my permission please :’0 diprosopia/janus cat ---- 'janus' is the nickname given to diprosopia, a condition that causes duplication of the face- caused by SHH (sonic hedgehog homolog) protein. Most animals die when this happens, because there are usually two esophagus'. A janus cat also needs one brain alone to function. Since my character will be living, he will have a single brain and esophagus. He will eat out of his left side, because that's where his organs (esophagus) are. Wispkit can see only out of his outer eyes; the middle one is entirely blind. He will have horse-like vision, so walking in front of him will make him unable to see the front of you. For the first few moons, he will be fed very carefully, because it is very hard for him to eat without choking as he is so small. His mouth and nose will move simultaneously. Wisp is only alive because his organs were not duplicated. ---- ALBINISM Albino cats occur when a cat genetically or mutates to have a gene that affects pigmentation. It takes out all pigmentation, making a cat revert to it's "normal" colors. This makes a cat have pure white fur, pink skin, and red or purple-blue eyes. Cats with albinism are sensitive to light, and are easily sunburned, unlike white cats without albinism. They are at higher risk of skin cancer, and they're eyes can be damaged from sunlight. They can be somewhat gawky, and my bump into things without intention to do so. They also have weaker immune systems, and because of this, Wispkit will often contract white cough and green cough throughout his life. They have somewhat affected hearing, and as such aren't the greatest hearers. They may not hear approaching figures and get spooked.
