The bar on the top is made with the pen addon (good for projects that have a lot of clones), and the bar on the bottom is made with clones (good for projects with few clones or that need to layer the HP Bar properly.) I would use the pen bar except for the fact that pen is always below sprites, so unless you don't need to layer the HP Bar on top of something I would use the clone one.
Feel free to backpack with credit. The bars can be positioned anywhere and work with HPs from 0 to 100, and the clone bar's size can be adjusted. If you want to set it to a lower range, tweak around with the code, I'm sure it's possible to adjust. All by me, @Edzm.
