Hey, I know it's been a while, but for those who saw my last one, thanks for reading! And welcome to Episode II if you're new! Disclaimer: I have not watched the prequels in a long(ish) time, and my memory of them isn't the freshest, so bear with me as I make these please! Leave a comment on whether or not you agree with my opinions if you want, I'll answer as quick as I can
I think this goes without saying, but Attack of the Clones is just a *little bit* of an underrated movie. It's got romance, it's got tension, and some pretty stellar action at times as well. That said, there ARE some cons, I'm not blind dude. So, first off I actually didn't find all that much wrong with Ep. 2 story-wise. The single qualm I have is probably with the semi-tedious planet-hopping: even though there are only 5 visited, and nowhere NEAR as many as movies like Rise of the Skywalker(as I like to call it), it felt like there was too much errand-running. (like how Obi-Wan has to go through SO MUCH trouble to find out about Kamino and the clones...) I know a lot of people complain about the CG in this film, and one complaint I've heard in particular is the Clones are CG. I actually didn't realize that until WAAAY after my first viewing(when I was a kid) and I don't think it's as bad as people say. The Pros in this film are HUGE. For one, the acting in this is AWESOME, and even if the Dialogue drags just a bit, I'm not complaining. Plus, the lightsaber fights. Those are always awesome. I'm not saying it's the best in the Trilogy, (That's the next one, everyone knows it!), but It's still got it's High Points. I like it, and I hope you did too. Thanks to anyone who read this, I'll probably start on Episode III soon. Hopefully it'll be out early- to mid-March. Have a great day!
