Going/Being non verbal is a fairly common experience in Autistic people, and it's something I experience too. It can be caused by a variety of factors, but especially overstimulation or autistic burnout. I made this project to use in school during non verbal episodes, but it's definitely useful to share with others, too, since forcing yourself to speak when non verbal isn't great for your mental health. Note: It's available in both English and French since I'm in French class this year and use simple French phrases at home.
