I have a record of keeping cats for as long as physically possible, as I get attached to my charries and don’t want to let them go ⇨ Roleplaying Experience So, uh, I’ve been on scratch about 5 years, with just over 3 of them spent in some kind of roleplay. At the start, I was part of a private rp with a close friend, moving on to smaller public rolplays, long since folded </3. I’ve had a few cats in Elements, but never got very attached as they were all sign up cats. I also currently have Tarragonflair of ShadowClan in TFCRP. ⇨ Kit Personality + creative, modest, resourceful, sensitive to others’ emotions = quiet, introverted, shy, emotional, sensitive - self conscious, nervous, insecure, unconfident Take a simple first glance at Stellarkit’s average height and build, her grey pelt, and you may think she’s a very average cat. Know her from a distance and you may find her quiet, shy, a cat with little connections that just slips past your memory. Always sitting on the sidelines, poor little Stellie longs for friendships and that little click when you meet a new person. But she’s always too shy to go and say hello, or talk to someone she doesn’t know. Her extreme social anxiety leads to insecurities, and Stellie’s scared that cats aren’t going to like her, or they might think she’s stupid. Stellarkit always tries to seem calm and quiet but generally cool on the exterior, despite the turmoil of insecurities she feels within. Stellarkit is very sensitive, and if told off, or insulted, or told she isn’t good enough, Stell will take it very personally and will believe what the other cat tells her. She’ll take it to heart, strongly thinking she needs to improve, and she’s just not good enough. On the flipside, if you compliment her, she’ll feel so special and happy, thinking she /is/ good enough and will make it. With Stellie, she will constantly pick at herself, finding weaknesses and even the tiniest mistake will make her doubt her overall skill and knowledge. Stellarkit is also very sensitive to other cats’ emotion, and will often feel it herself. If a cat is very upset and close to tears, Stellie will be blinking them back herself. She is naturally very empathetic, and will feel their pain before trying to help them. It’s not that Stellie doesn’t like social events, it’s that she really wants to be part of them but is too scared to go and be part of it. She really doesn’t feel comfortable going up to someone she barely knows and saying hello. So when she knows you, she can be quite clingy, not wanting to let go of one of her only friends. She will stick by them and follow them around, always wanted to join in with things she perhaps isn’t so secure about if it means upholding and strengthening her bond with that cat. Little Stellarkit is quiet. She speaks little, but when she does, her words make sense. This means lots of time to think about things, mostly her failures. However, this means she’s a very creative individual, and always thinks outside the box.
When Stellie succeeds at something, instead of celebrating and boasting about it, she’s a very modest cat. She won’t bring it up or let anyone know of her achievement. Under pressure, Stellarkit will be panicking inside and out, and will let it build up within her. She will stress and be practically useless despite her excellent brain. Unfortunately, due to her quiet and reserved nature, little Stellie is often overlooked, passed over in roles of authority (which suits her just fine, in some scenarios), and, sadly, seen as not good enough or not sociable enough for possible friends. This makes Stellie feel, well, left out and even more insecure as ever. Nevertheless, Stellarkit is a star and she shines /just as brightly/ as any other. ⇨ Roleplay Example I’ll put this in the comments as a self rp! ⇨ Codeword Loving the theme of the litter- I love all things to do with space, especially nebulas! ⇨ Trivia - Stellarkit would have nicknames of Stell, Stellie, Stella, Ellie or Ell, but she would mainly be referred to as Stellie. - Stellarkit’s scent would be of honeysuckle and jasmine, with a hint of citrus. - Stellie’s favourite colour would be a dark jade grey - a definite introvert, Stella would be an INFP-T, or INFP-T Adventurer - lost in her own mind, Ellie will make up little stories about cats she knows or sometimes cats she will make up.
