Five years she was, at least in human years. many times, others have passed her whispering about the evil sorcery her power holds. with flick of her ear, a chilly breeze could pass by silently. With the thump of her paw, the ground would slightly shake, leaving uncertainty to those around. But inside this mysterious cat's heart, was loneliness. as powerful she might have been, she was still a child, and this child needed love. But that was not a luxury she could. * * * Recently... I settled myself down in my home, in the Woods of Anderwood. I figured around two years ago that, if people didn't want to be around me, I could just leave by myself. Anderwood was a village, neither big nor small but home to around 400 animals. The woods placed around village acted as a protective barrier to the outside world, ruled by the notorious humans. The woods expanded far out, even up to the distant mountains of the High Peaks, but no one knew for sure, as no one had ever crossed the farther area of The Woods. I sat down with a heavy sigh, looking around me only to see the rocks that sheltered me from the pounding rain and wet moss and ferns covering the entrance, with materials like wood, I could only build a shelter with natural resources found in the woods. When I got up to my four paws again, I felt drowsiness overtake my body, I stumbled over to my moss bed and collapsed to the ground. ~ ~ ~ it was a chilly night when I decided part from my hometown, Anderwood. And once I set one foot in the woods regret consumed me. But I knew well to carry on, for the better of my fellow villagers. although as I walked, I sure attracted many other villagers of Anderwood. Most likely because of the shaking of the ground. When I looked, I saw relieved faces, some scared, others squealing with delight and whispering to their neighbours: "She's leaving, she's leaving!" with the voice of a hyper toddler. But none were worried, none of the villagers were scared if I got hurt in the woods, or worse. this made me certain that the village wasn't my place, so whipped around to face the woods again, my new home. ~ ~ ~ ZAP! CRACK! I woke with a bolt of shock. I first thought about the dream. *The night I left Anderwood,* I was thinking, as another lightning bolt struck the the ground. wait,, lightning? I turned outside to where rain bullied the ground with its hard, harsh water. And the thunder added it's threatening sound effects. ZAP! okay, that is definitely lightning. For some reason, I ran outside. I raced around, listening in to any sounds of help. mew! meow mew mew mew meow meow! frantic wails delivered to my ears, as I immediately raced to the heart of those sounds. The source leaded me to a tall oak tree where the mewling grew. MEW! MEW MEW MEOW MEW! obviously, I could tell this kitten was mewling for their life. I raced to the kitten, and found a small dark blue and floral green feline curled up in a ball. Their mewling didn't stop, in fact, the miniscule kitten meowed even louder as the rain stinged her pelt. my pelt was as dry as it would be in the desert, all thanks to a spell I used on myself.
