This is mobile friendly, but u cannot catch lugia on mobile (Not yet!) Look out for Lugia's hard hitting attacks!! Lugia attacks: Areoblast, HydroPump, Recover, and Sky attack!! Typhlosion attacks: Eruption, Focus Punch, Shadow Claw, and SolarBeam!!
