The main page here is mostly just a demonstration of what you can do with this. Just press [space] in order to scan and load the pictures after selecting which picture number you want. You are free to upload your own images to this project to scan. Just go to the scan sprite and upload your image as a costume. I found that grayscale images work best so you can use this online tool to convert it https://pinetools.com/grayscale-image. (Just copy and paste it into the URL) After that you can resize your image in the editor and select the image number. You can press space and it will scan your image. Press Q to get the text for your image. You can triple click to copy then paste it into Google Docs. In order for the image to show up properly you need to change a few settings. Set the top border to be 5.25 inches in length, the Font size to 13, and the Font style to Roboto Mono. Your image should show up unless you changed the size setting in scratch from 100. Please inform me if you were unable to get this to work.
I actually built this for a school project and it was really fun. There are so many things that I want to improve on for this project. I found multiple bugs when testing animating the image but I don't have the energy to fix them right now. If you want feel free to look around in the code and try to work out the bugs or animate images.
