The block's tool level refers to an upper limit below which it is no longer valid if it is less than the mined tool's tool level. With this MOD, the tool level of the tool is judged by the level rounded up when judging only whether it is appropriate. 1 level for wood tools, 2 for stone tools, 3 for iron tools, 4 for diamond tools, and 5 for gold tools. Obsidian blocks are 4, cobblestone blocks are 1. 0 for dirt and wood blocks.
