Yes, Rhythmic Roughhousing is still being worked on. However, if you don't want to end up like me (someone who can't grow up and step out of Scratch), please read the advice in the Notes & Credits.
If you're reading this and have spent at least 2 years on Scratch, here's my advice so you don't end up like me: Don't start any new Scratch projects. Finish the ones you've got, then make the jump to more advanced programming languages (or animation software if you're more of an animator/artist). Trust me. It'll be worth it in the long run.
