1st CC and yes i actually made this 1) Dont change music 2) Dont do colors that are not on cats 3) You have to use scratch 4) It will stop when i get 30 or when the date is October 20th 5) You can change line art a bit 6) you can have as many entry's as you want but only 1 can win 7)you can add wings
