Click the ore to get money, use that money in the shop to buy upgrades. On the Money per click upgrades there are restraints to how many you can buy.
I am working on making the upgrades in the shop easier to click on, you may have to click around on the upgrade for it to finally work. Please put any mistakes, bugs or any other problems you find in the comments.
