This is oswald. Since the beginning of time, he has been counting seconds. Making sure every moment in the universe stays in tact. He's extremely important, as he keeps the very fabric of the universe keep going. As he is time (1/4 of time at least). There is also: Benjamin: God of Minutes Tyreq: God of Hours Dominique: God of Days These are all demigods (including oswald), to the god of GARY. The god of time. GARY is very lazy, he barely does anything except watch his demigods, which do all his dirty work. Meanwhile, the second laziest god is Dominique. Because there are millions of planets in the universe, there is each a subgod which counts each planet's days. Now, Dominque is very busy in comparison to GARY, as he monitors millions of subgods (btw, earth's subgod is known as jeremy). tyreq aswell as benjamin is very busy, they make up two parts of the inter-universal spacetime, and consyantly makes sure spacetime is being correctly measured universe wide. Meanwhile, Oswald doens't have time to measure the universe, as every second of his existence is dedicated to maintaining space time itself. Each demigod (no subgods) has its own blackhole which it resides it. This is how they remain invisble in space, as they occupy black holes. Subgods all occupy the largest black hole in the universe, where they monitor planet's days remotely. GARY, as a god, is completely free to roam the universe, but once every day ( as monitored by Dominque's collective subgods) checks on each demigod to make sure time is being regulated correctly. Together, Gary, the 4 demigods, the one trillion and counting subgods, all work together to maintain the very fabric of reality, and time itself.
