If you're an apprentice stuck on 6 moons, it's not a glitch. You have to become a warrior first. Nothing important happens after your 25th birthday. When you are on your 25th moon, you can click on Pinestar and become clan leader, or you can ask the medicine cat when you are deputy. Also, yes the Leader ceremony is Onestar's ceremony.
