She herself wouldn't admit it but she has almost too much confidence in herself, leading to arrogance. Because of this self-confidence it can be hard for her to strategize and make plans. This leads to many not well-planned out situations where she may find herself in trouble because of her impulses. Sometimes, even her friends will help her out of these perilous times. She can make friends easily, as she loves to flatter or tease her way into a mon's heart, whichever way she feels is best. She has a keen sense of what a Pokémon's ideals or morals are, leading her to have high charisma.
