You are allowed to blame anything and everything on him. Also the reason why Pluto is so small is because Universe snorted it when Planetary was working on the Sun. His hair's supposed to be a galaxy with four stars on the tips of his hair but Scratch said im not coloring this. He's supposed to be wearing a mini t-shirt with a mini long sleeve shirt under overall straps connecting to shorts tehehe.
Universe is gonna kinda play a huge role in a series i plan to make called "Publicly Known", but i dont think he's gonna be actually visible in it.
