You click where you want the white blood cell to shoot the covid (the green germs). On the other side of the screen, occasionally there’s masks. Use the arrows on the screen to move the sick person. If you move it to a perfectly fine mask, then it will wear it and covid will spread less, but after you wear it long enough, the mask breaks. Once it does, the covid will spread as fast as normal, plus a little bit faster. Move yourself to the broken mask, then move the sick person to the trash can to throw it away. Then the speed will be back to normal, and a mask will start to appear. In case you get bored, you may click the plus symbol in the top right corner to get a little more sick with covid. Also, these people keep showing up without masks, helping spread covid. Give them a mask using the button between all the arrow buttons so you won’t get as sick. If the disease spreads too much you lose. Enjoy!
If you lose once, click the stop sign, then click the flag again, the game thinks you still lost. Just click the background. Then, click the flag again. Tip: remember to keep your guard up. I’ve lost a lot from a broken mask. And don’t eradicate the disease… or else…
