In the regular lore of the genocide route in undertale if you do it 999 times then theres the chance of dusttale spawning however if you beat dust 1000 times you get this sans he was a normal sans that was killed by chara but sum how he kept his form and was found by x he was the first to be infected by Xtale sans's new virus thats why he and his arsenal is chill to the bone. The reason the blue and orange gaster blasters arent affected is because they are originally gasters magic while the white one is sans's.
