Well I mean with animals like the Albino Siberian Tiger, they are going extinct, and to create more for the whole thing that they are cute and for research purposes, scientists, who want to preserve and not harm animals, have to inbreed them. Unlike humans they rarely suffer deformities and are relatively fine. I am against inbreeding on a normal farming basis though or in a human basis as well. Albino animals aren't created by inbreeding, it is a rare gene if thats what this project alternatively meant.
