At about 4:13 AM this morning, the police surrounded a mob HQ. At 7:37 AM, the 13 members surrendered. 2 others ran. At around 8:00 AM, they were captured and killed. The 13 were taken to prison, including the boss (Shown in the photo) It is a small victory, but a victory nonetheless.
