OKKK they finally got a remade ref :’)) aside from the possible upload of my mh/other franchise ocs these two will be my go-to characters for art trades :’) itll be like a choice, i love both equally so it doesn’t matter who u pick,, and if u want to draw em interacting they’re dating + engaged/married around splatoon3 time!! maybe later idk haven’t fully fleshed that part out yet,, but they also double as best friends :) i do apologize if it’s blurry though im terrible at drawing big stuff so i have tiny notes.. some other notes include: -3 goes by she/her, 8 goes by he/him. nicknames for 3 include Three and San/San-go (she’s not willing to reveal her real name). 8’s legal name is Eight, nickname is Hachi/Hachi-go -you can change the gear they wear!! 3 likes comfy clothes (hoodies, sweaters etc.), 8 likes jackets/leather (or cool stuff idk) -if u wanna draw pre-octo expansion stuff 8 wears the same gear as splatoon 1 octarian soldiers (with longer pants), 3 has no cape and only the single notch on her tentacle (no other scars and regular orange eyes) -3 likes (hero) chargers, rollers, splattershots -8 likes (octo) brushes, chargers (e liters specifically), octoshot -8 can be drawn in side order context -3 can be drawn in return of the mammalians context -gear in ref includes: 3 - studio headphones, black hoodie, orca woven high tops, 8 - golden toothpick, red cuttlegear ls, punk blacks sorry this is long im a bit insane (i have way more info on them these are just more important to their designs-)
