tarn is the leader of the decepticon justice division. his job is to hunt down any defecting decepticons, using his voice he can cause a spark to implode! not to mention the double fusion cannon mounted to his arm. while you may expect tarn to be always angry, that sort of guy, his manner of speaking is refined. he will commonly quote "towards peace" by megatron, while playing music.
