The next-gen version of AY: in a band! 1! Instructions: 1. See inside. 2. Add your OC with the broadcast "(oc name) on" 3. Make the song using the music software (Beepbox or Online Sequencer). 4. Download the song as a .wav file. 5. Import the .wav file onto your sprite. 6. Duplicate the "off" costume. 7. Edit the duplicates to make it look like the "dancing" costumes. 8. Rename the duplicates to "on". 9. In the first "(oc name) on" broadcast, put the OC's song in the "play sound" blocks. If the song is equal to 6 seconds and 4000 milliseconds, use the "play sound until done" block. If the song is longer than 6 seconds and 4000 milliseconds, use the "start sound" block, and insert the "wait () seconds" block underneath the "start sound" block, and set the seconds in the "wait () seconds" block to 6.4. 10. In the second "(oc name) on" broadcast, put the "forever" block in the script, and put the "next costume" or "switch costume" block in the "forever" block. Then, set the costume in the "switch costume" block to "on" or "on#". 11. Add the "(oc name) on" broadcast to any band part, or just make it play with any OC if you don't have the "(oc name) on" broadcast. 12. If you want more OCs in your remix, repeat the steps above. 13. Remix! Bonus steps: 1: There are 3 shows called Hand the Skater Boy, Apple Kid's Band Party and Scratchers The Biggest Band Ever and 2 hosts called Mr. Microphone, 1 show. and Kid Microphone, 2 shows. Remix to add more shows and hosts. 2: The giant stage needs decorating. Remix to add decorations to the giant stage. Also remix to add prop characters like the Sun and Moon, who would be vocalists singing lyrics. Examples for the Sun and Moon prop characters in future remixes: 1. In Hand the Skater Boy, the Sun and Moon would sing lyrics that are related to Hand the Skater Boy, and in Apple Kid's Band Party, the Sun and Moon would sing lyrics that are related to Apple Kid's Band Party. How to add the Sun and Moon lyrics to shows: 1. Record your voice singing the lyrics. Just make sure your voice fits with the tempo and beat. 2. Add your recordings to the Sun and/or Moon prop characters. 3. Record continuous lyrics for the rest of the shows. NO REPEATING LYRICS! 4. Done! Rules: 1. Your OC's song's tempo must be 150. 2. No editing background or sprites. 3. No Google images, recolors or stolen OCs. (Golden Rule) 4. No scary stuff. 5. No deleting OCs. 6. DON'T ruin and raid the project... 7. Only and can remix. Added Voxer, added 1 prop character and retrofitted the Sun and Moon to sing lyrics. Remix to do the lyrics for Apple Kid's Band Party and Scratchers the Biggest Band Ever. Also I grouped the banders, shows, assets, and props into separate folders. If you have Scratch Addons installed, make sure to name your added sprite "(folder name)//(sprite name)" so that a sprite gets added to the folder.
