To create a scrolling background you need to create a sprite. Create your sprite as a background. As your sprite moves toward the left edge or -465, you are telling the sprite to create a clone/copy of itself and to start again on the right side of the screen or at 465. You can also create a costume change to your sprite like I did by adding a cool tree inspired by the Lorax.
