'Beating' is your main source of damage, and can even start a combo! - 'Pushing' Champ can cause him to fall over, dealing a bit of damage and stopping him from doing anything for a few turns. - Cast - Spells are used to both attack and defend in battle. However, you need Energy for it to work! - Block - 'Blocking' during your turn can reduce damage taken and slow down the rate of your HP. HP & Energy - HP - HP is your health. If it reaches 0 you die. To stop this from happening, keep healing & reduce damage through spells and 'blocking.' If your HP is fatally wounded (turns red), you have time until it rolls all the way down to 0. - If you're on EASY mode, you get an extra 25 shield HP (it's blue.) This will absorb damage until all of it is depleted. You can't recover shield HP. - Energy - To cast spells, you need Energy. You can get this from combing or 'blocking.' Beat System - When 'Beating,' there will be a chance to combo your attack. Wait for the right moment, and press [Z] on the beat of the drum! The closer you are to a PERFECT hit, the stronger your combo will be. Hitting a PERFECT will grant 5% of Energy.
