Troops are now being issued the MMCBH-23, a medium-cut version of the MHCBH-22, along with an M22 Woodland helmet cover. Troops will also more commonly be seen with a compact assault pack instead of a rucksack. The SPEC Mk.3 has replaced the SPEC Mk.2.
