Dislikes: strong winds (they ruin his plants on the windowsill), getting dirty (mud especially), and dried seaweed (he can’t stomach it) Dolivan is a strange dog who lives in a small apartment in the city. Brightly colored, cartoonishly proportioned, and full of smiles, he’s a sweet neighbor who loves to take care of the potted plants he puts on his windowsill. If you ever need help, just knock on his door! He’s happy to help, even if some of his ideas to fix things are a little… unusual.
