Drag the points across the screen and arrange them how you want! Press R to randomize the locations of the points. Maybe you could make a game out of it by trying to unscramble/uncross the lines? I don't know, probably only works with lots of points.
All me :) I was bored, and felt like messing around with pen. I plan on making a more complex version where you can add/remove points without restarting the project, and maybe some other stuff, like a game mode that is won when the line has been unscrambled.
