CHAPTER 1 <Part 6> "Hey! Its Charlie!" The blonde boy, Danny sat in a chair in front of the desk where Ms. Adam sat smiling at me. "Good!" She said "You two already know each other." "Um, sorry to ask Ms. A but... why am I here?" "Oh yes, sorry if I frightened you, you're not in trouble. Please sit." She gestured her hand towards the seat next to Danny. I sat, feeling Danny's eyes on me as I make myself comfortable. Remembering my past thought I look over at him to smile like I'm comforting him. I see his eyes and, holly crap his eyes are even more beautiful than I pictured with swirls of gray, blue, green, and even little flecks of gold and red. His eyes were so beautiful they made me want to cry. 'Pull yourself together!' I thought. I refocus and turn to Ms. A. "Um... so what is this about?" I point a finger at Danny and me. "Ah yes," she says. "This is Daniel Michaels, he is new to this school and will be shockingly attending all of your classes." My face gets hot cause I see a very wide grin on my principle's face. She doesn't know but it still looks like a smug smile. God is everyone trying to set me up? "And you want be to be his personal body guard?" I ask. I laugh at the thought because Danny looks about 6’3 while I’m 5’10 and also Danny has such a big build if someone bumped into him they’d be thrown into the wall. "No," Ms. A says "Just be like...well like a welcomer to a new student!" She grins at this. "Also, Daniel this is Charlie Delsanter. Your new friend!" Oh she's so innocent its almost sad. "Okay." He shrugs. "Can we go now? You and I both know how strict Mr. Sylvie is." "Yes, yes. Go." She says and points to the door. "Come Danny, let me show the ways of the Jedi." I say as I stand and run out the door.
