WHAT THE LETTERS MEAN S (Selective) = the host chooses who gets the cat based on the application FCFS (First come, first serve) = the first person to apply for each cat gets the cat R (Random) = The people who get the cats are selected randomly. (by a raffle, literal randomness, etc) O (Other) - any other ways of selection. (for example: dtas, otas, wtas, etc.)
