This is Stalk. He's notorious for his scare tactics, which can strike terror in even the bravest of people, and is deadly silent (despite weighing nearly 1,000 pounds). Some wonder how he's part of the CEO, especially since he looks like he would be a criminal. Truth is, he's just getting paid, and after the jobs over, he'll go back to his dark corner of the world. He hardly ever speaks, but when he does, people describe it as if you suddenly become cold, and feel hopeless, which drives the question: Is he human? His abilities include teleportation, and he can dispense fear gas out of the vortex in his chest. The headset he wears allows him to see in even the darkest of environments. He knows his job, and he knows how to do it. He has NEVER failed to capture or even kill a target. Something he wishes to continue.
