Story Idea for Alien Invasion Part 1 9:00 AM Today is a special day! This is my 13th birthday! That means that I can finally work for the HIII! (Henry’s Institution of Intergalactic Industrialization) I bolted downstairs to leave the door. Right when I was almost outside, I fent someone yank me back into the house and into the dining room chair. “Don’t think you can just go to space without eating my fish pancakes!” My mom said. My moms pancakes were delicious, but i could barely eat. My stomach was filled with excitement. “Today is your big day. Make sure to study your notes on the air bus for the HIII exam. Hopefully you can become as good a Space Scout as your brother!” My mom said. “Yes mom, I will try my best!” I said right after swallowing a mouthful of pancakes. I finished my pancakes and kissed my mom goodbye. “I love you mom!” I said leaving swiftly. I didn’t want to miss the air bus. 10:00 AM The exam was way later than I expected. I could’ve finished my pancakes. I hope I can still focus with a half empty stomach. “Scratch Cat, complete the exam in Room 92.” It was a long walk to room 92, but It didn’t feel that long. I saw a fur covered person run past me in the hall. I saw him trip on a piece of paper on the floor. “OUCH!!” He yelled in pain after hitting the ground with his head. He tried to stand up with very shaky legs. “Are you okay?” I asked. “Never… felt… bett…” He tried to say before he collapsed and hit his head again. I dragged the monkey boy to the clinic room. “Thanks for bringing him here. He fractured his skull and has minor brain damage. Let me put some ice on it.” The second the ice touched his forehead, he sprang out from the bed and hugged the nurse. “Thank you so much!” he said. “My name is Nano. Thanks for helping me out. What do you go by?” “Scratch,” I said. “Room 92?” “We have to get there quick.” We said as we bolted out the door. 3:00 PM So, we were a little late for the exam, but somehow we still were able to take the test. The test was pretty difficult, but it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I got a B with 85%, and Nano got a 50% E. “That test was so easy, right?” asked Nano. “Sure..” I said. A bit later, we had to partner up, and I buddied up with Nano. We were then taken to some physical tests. By now, my breakfast had already passed through me. “Im starving,” I said to myself. I went on the bench to wait for me and Nano’s turn. I heard my stomach growling. The person next to me heard, and offered me a sandwich. I accepted and said thanks. I asked her what her name was. “Tera.” she said. “Yours?” “Scratch. Are you here for the exam?” I asked. “No, Im a technician. I build technology and even the shuttle you will use in a few hours Im pretty sure im your repair person.” She told me. “Scratch and Nano, complete the physical exam ahead.” “Nice meeting you, Me and Nano have to go now.” I said. “See you.” 4:00 PM That physical exam was strenuous. A robot guy offered me and Nano some lemonade. We accepted and had the best lemonade we would ever have in our lives. “GARAGE IS IN ROOM 2” The robot said. We visited the garage and saw the amazing shuttle we would be piloting. “Wow,” I said. “Thanks, I put a lot of effort into designing this.” Tera said, very modestly. Nano was already running to the entrance hatch. “Dibs!” I said, chasing him to the shuttle. “Take this,” Tera said, handing me a weird but cool tablet. “Thanks” This was going to be really cool.
