So! Joy (@Profghostington) being the funky purple cat that she is, gave me the idea to do a scene competition for Acorns Chapter 7. (Which is my comic, for anyone who didn't know). So here are the rules! A lot of the info is inside the project as well. This competition will function a lot like the cameos! Remix to enter, there's no form or anything. Also, I call this a competition but in all actuality, every entry will be accepted. I just ask that you at least color the characters. The entry can be sketchy, but don't just make it a scribble. So what do I actually want drawn? Well. Um. I basically want you to draw squirrels slugging it out. Like, warring squirrels. Before Scratch demolishes my account- I am asking for Little to No Blood. Please. This is not a gory comic. It's ok for the characters to have scratches/scrapes, just no graphic blood. Any inappropriate entries will be censored or deleted. If you have not read Acorns Ch. 6, I advise you to do so before entering so you can get a sense of the plot. The premise here is that the fighting drays are attacking the other drays at The Scurry. So this is all occurring in a clearing with trees in it. I included some perspective ideas in the project for the scene, but get creative! More than one scene is allowed but definitely not required. Shading/effects are also not required. Flat art is fine. Most of the needed info is in the project? If there are questions I'm happy to answer them. In general, if it happens in the comic it can happen in your scene. I am going to accept entries until I finish Chapter 8. So probably for a little more than a month. Your entry may not be used in Ch. 7, but it will definitely appear in Ch. 8. A fully colored background is not required but would be lovely :) again, reference the comic to see how the trees and background look. Thanks for reading all the way down here!
