Welcome back to Aventures of Streetclan! I'm not gonna waste time rambleing about how you need to go read the others before this one....So, grab your popcorn, sit back, because THE STORY IS ABOUT TO START! ________________________________________________________ Chapter 1: A Theif's Tale ________________________________________________________ Sleekkit looked up at William, the clan leader, in awe. He had never met another cat except for Tony and Silver, William was different from them. He seemed to command respect. Even Silver had seemed to submit to him. After Tony explained everything and Sleekkit had told William his name, the golden colored tom said, "Silver, go let Millie patch you up, Tony, you can get some rest, you've earned it...Sleekkit, come with me, I'll show you around." Silver slinked down the steps, looking a bit depressed. 'I don't doubt it, I-I did cut out his tounge...' Sleekkit thought, wondering wether it had been a good idea to hurt Silver /that/ badly. William seemed to sense his apprehensions. "I don't know what exactly happened to cause the fight, but from what Tony told me you fought bravely." William said, looking down at Sleekkit. He looked up at William. "I-I guess so." Sleekkit mumbled, looking back down at his paws. As they walked William explained the different areas and what they were for. "And this is the fresh kill pile...though as you can probably tell we're not doing to well on gathering prey." William said, looking into the room solemly. There were crumbs and bits of paper laying around the room, but not really any food. Sleekkit had an idea. "I can help with gathering prey!" He said eagerly. William turned to look at him. "If you can help us. I would be in your debt." The golden tom said, a kind look in his eye. "I'll have to leave and go find some." Sleekkit said, hoping the tom wouldn't think he was trying to run away. "Very well. I'll send Tony with you. You can show him where to get the food from." William said, nodding slightly. Sleekkit nodded back and looked around, trying to find Tony. He wanted to get this over with, mainly where he could check on Silver. He wouldn't want the cat to die, despite the bad first impression they made on eachother, Sleekkit still had enough civility to worry about the guy. As Sleekkit walked down the stairs another kit bounded up to him. "Aren't you the kit that sliced Silver's tounge out?" She asked, seeming morbidly intrested. Sleekkit's eyes widened. "Out? Oh mouse-dung." He said, now actually worried about Silver. The she-kit looked at Sleekkit confued. "Yeah. Millie had to amputate the last of it." The white fured kit continued. Sleekkit started to walk away saying, "Uh...I've gotta go...It was n-nice talking to you...umm..." "Sophie. Atleast that's what everyone calls me, my actual name is Softkit." She said, smiling. "What's yours?" She asked, not realising that Sleekkit was in a hurry. "It's Sleekkit, I don't have another name, like you, Tony, or Silver." He explained. Sophie nodded. "Well it was nice meeting you Sleekkit." She said, finally walking off back to her mother, who was speaking to another cat. Sleekkit ran to the medicine cat 'den'. He saw Silver laying asleep on a bed off old cloth. A cat was standing near a shelf that had a bunch of weird looking plants on it. The cat turned around to see Sleekkit standing there. "Can I help you?" She purred politely, walking over to Sleekkit. "N-not really. I was coming to check on him." Sleekkit replied nerviously, nodding toward Silver's sleeping form. "He'll be okay. He won't be able to speak clearly anymore though." The medicine cat explained, padding softly over to Silver. She put her paw on his forehead, checking his temperature. "I'm Millie by the way. What's your name?" The cat asked, removing her paw from Silver's head, walking back over to Sleekkit, and sitting across from him. "I'm Sleekkit." He replied, a little bit of a nervious edge to his voice. 'Is she gonna be mad that I hurt Silver?' He thought. Why was he worried that these cats he didn't even know would be mad at him? Millie smiled slightly. "I'm not mad at you, sure I'm frustrated that I'm having to keep one of our best Warriors off of the streets, but I'm not angry at you. I know Silver, and he /can/ be a bit aggressive and headstrong at times." She had been close to Silver when they were kits. Now she was taking care of his dumb tail when he got himself into trouble. "Umm...I hate for it to seem like I'm rushing, but have you seen Tony?" Sleekkit asked Millie, glancing out of the den at the cats walking by. Millie nodded and pointed to where Tony was speaking with another cat. "Thanks...oh, and thanks for not being mad...about...y'know." Sleekkit said before starting off. "You're welcome Sleekkit, come back anytime." Millie said kindly as he exited the medicine cat den. He nodded with a smile and walked over to Tony. "Hey, Tony." Sleekkit said, walking up to the ginger colored tom.

Cover cat: Bandit(Kit/Sleekkit/Sleekpaw/Sleekstar) --Characters shown(?): -Bandit(Kit/Sleekkit/Sleekpaw/Sleekfur): The cover cat. He's a fearless and strong tom, like his father, who isn't afraid of a fight. He will challenge you if he believes he's right, and is very stubborn, which often gets him into trouble with the clan leader, William, and his mentor, Silver. He was given the name Bandit because of his extraordinary ability to sneak into twoleg dens and steal kittypet food for his clan. -Silver(Silverheart): Another Streetclan cat, he's mute due to the damage inflicted by Bandit when he and his patrol found the kit. He is a stoic(now) and strong willed cat. He became close to Bandit and another cat named Tony, as a result he, Tony, and Bandit are inseperatable. He has a silver colored pelt with peircing blue eyes. -Tony(Leaftail): Tony is Bandit's right paw cat, the two make a great team and they work even better when with Silver. Tony is a fun loving and cheerful cat who loves staying up late on guard duty. He has bright ginger colored fur and brown eyes. -Sophie(Softkit/Softpaw/Softheart): A female Warrior Apprentice who has white fur, and blue eyes. She is apprenticed to Tony. She is quite close to Bandit and enjoys his company. ;) -William(Goldenstar): The clan leader, he is a big golden tom that will do anything for his clan. He is fond of Bandit and treats him as a son. Though Bandit often pushes his buttons William admires Bandit's bravery. -Millie(Millheart): The Streetclan medicine cat. She's a kind hearted cat who loves helping others, regardless of where they're from. She is a brown colored she-cat with green eyes.
