The eye is just doing a whole dripping thing, I'm not sure, but it isn't bl0od, that would just be plain gross. Still going It was completely accidental, but doesn't it kind of look like a RainWing? Like maybe the hybrid between a nightwing and a rainwing? Oh my gosh, this would be an AMAZING character.
