Welcome back to Adventures of Streetclan! (or AoSc, I know I'm bad at acronyms...) Go read the others if you're new, this will make little to no sense if you don't. Anywho, without further ado, grab your popcorn, and sit back, because THE STORY IS ABOUT TO START!! ________________________________________________________ Chapter 2: Finding Family ________________________________________________________ Berryheart had waited until nightfall to sneak out of the Riverclan camp. She had told no one about her vision the night before. She crept out of the medicine cat den, the silver moonlight making her light yellow pelt glisten. Her green eyes peirced the darkness, seeming to glow with the absence of light. She crept through the camp, not making a sound, the last thing she needed was to be questioned on where she was going. As she neared the edge of the camp she thought, 'Is this worth it? Will my nephew even know me, will I know him?' Her mind was racing with fears and doubts. There was a long road ahead of her, she had spent all day trying to narrow down the list of places she had to visit. 'Bridleheart said he was at a twoleg place. So that's where I have to go, crossing the Thunderpaths will be difficult, but not impossible, and it's not like I can't hunt.' She thought, a new resolve passing over her. As she exited the camp she glanced around nerviously. She exited the camp and started walking into the forest. She would have to cross a river to get to the first twoleg place on her list. She walked for a while before reaching the river. It wasn't very deep and she could wade across. Lifting her head she slipped into the water, the cool freshness of it washing around her. She walked out of the water onto the other bank. She shook all the water out of her pelt. The moon was slowly disappearing over the ridge in the distance. Berryheart couldn't see the lake through the forest but she guessed that the lake was shimmering with the light of the rising sun. She turned to look back at the forest that had been her home one last time before walking onward. It was time for her to find her family...
