。*✧ Abilities of Speakers ✧* 。 (Please don't break the limits of the powers... A single person can't set an entire city on fire without ki|ling themselves, or make an entire forest uproot itself, etc. Try to make it believable, please. Codeword is your favorite word starting with the letter V, and it /can't/ be what the person before you did!) ✧ Animal Speakers ✧ Probably the most common of the three different types of Speakers, animal speakers can converse with a certain grouping of animals, and usually make them follow their directions. ✧ Personality traits~ Those who can animal-speak are almost always very outgoing, engaging, and empathic. They usually prefer being with animals much more than being with humans, and are usually good at solving arguments and remaining friendly and open. ✧ Nature Speakers ✧ These gifts are more rare, but require more time to perfect and really control. If a person does not learn to control the ability properly, it eventually ends up with them being consumed in a torrent of wild power. Overview of the five types of Speakers, in order: ✧ Wind Speaking ✧ Tree Speaking ✧ Fire Speaking ✧ Water Speaking ✧ Ice Speaking ✧ Wind Speaking ✧ Wind Speakers can harness loose strands of wind moving by and amplify the force in it, usually to the point of being able to lift most medium-sized objects and sometimes even themselves. They can also blow weapons off course, or force other people away. ✧ Personality traits~ Wind Speakers are usually rather thoughtful, although absent-minded, and are easily distracted with interesting things. They usually do not feel very strongly about most subjects, and use their powers more for defense than actual attacks. They can be cool and aloof if they want, however. ✧ Tree Speaking ✧ One of the hardest abilities to develop, but one of the most rewarding, Tree Speakers can sense the feelings and life cycle of a tree when in contact with it, and pull that feeling into themselves. When in combat, the world seems to slow down around them, and, as a result, they can move quickly and gracefully in a fight. If their powers are strong enough, they can cause a tree to move it's branches, or help it becomes more healthy, but this is often draining for the Speaker. ✧ Personality Traits ✧ Tree Speakers are extremely calm and dignified, observing the world quietly and perceptively. They are usually rather shy, and don't generally speak out unless they have to. Although they usually remain collected, Tree Speakers can be extremely vengeful if wronged. ✧ Fire Speaking ✧ Definitely the most uncontrolled and dangerous of the Speakers. Fire Speakers can sense the heat hovering in the air, surrounding a fire, or even the heat in a human being, and pull it into themselves, before sending it out into any object in the form of fire. If they don't send it out quickly enough, however, it starts to burn them on the inside. The heat always is draw to them and hovers around them, so it's almost difficult to not give in to the urge to set something on fire. They can only set one object at a time on fire, and can't burn things continuously for a long time. ✧ Personality Traits~ Fire Speakers are very rebellious, not wanting to adhere to any rules given to them, and usually have quite the temper. They are extremely opinionated, and do each task assigned to them with vigor and intense concentration. Although their strong personality can be a little overbearing, Fire Speakers usually get along with other people well. ✧ Water Speakers ✧ Water Speakers are able to pull water out of the air, drenching themselves or other people, and, if they are swimming in a river or lake, can cause to water to form waves or overflow the banks. Their power is more effective when it is about to rain, and they can dry out wet clothing and hair as well. ✧ Personality Traits~ Water Speakers are usually very easy going, able to adapt to any situation, and can retain a calm bearing in fights. Water Speakers usually have very deep, sensitive feelings, and can if their trust is broken, they can become stiff, unfriendly, and fierce. ✧ Ice Speakers ✧ This group of Speakers can either form liquid water into its solid form, or, if they are very angry or otherwise emotional, can cause the liquid in the air to freeze, seeming to bring ice out of nothing. ✧ Personality Traits~ These Speakers are the most haughty and cold, not showing emotion unless absolutely necessary. However, this does not mean that they don't have feelings at all, because they usually are very decisive about their opinions and don't take very well to correction. They are very intense and focused when it comes to combat, and expect other people to assist them. 。*✧ ✧* 。
✧ People Speakers ✧ People speaking is the skill of being able to sense the feelings of other people, and persuade them to do whatever the speaker wants just by voicing their thoughts. This group of speakers is the darkness that has begun to take over the nobles of the higher classes, and is one of the most corruptive speeches. People Speakers can make other people do their bidding just by infusing a sort of will into their voice, which is irresistible to most people. It almost ends with the speaker becoming power-hungry, but trying not to let anyone figure out that they have it. Once a person starts people-speaking, it's basically impossible to stop, so the nobles and royalty who acquire this gift practice it knowing that they are going against the law of the realms. ✧Personality Traits ~ Surprisingly, People Speakers are usually very courteous at first, seeming to only want the well-being of whoever they come into contact with. They are very manipulative, knowing what will appeal to other people, and go to extreme lengths to appear perfect and uphold their prestige. They are very proud, generally seeing themselves as more deserving than other people, and have no scruples about backstabbing others. 。*✧ Navigation ✧* 。 ✧ Back to main studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/33022275/ ✧ Sign-up project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/816773602/ ✧ Dern: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/812358407/ ✧ Tasira: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/812442777/ ✧ Galen: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/812443131/ ✧ Carnet: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/812443553/ ✧ Amara: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/812443881/ 。*✧ ✧* 。
