EVERY BEING OF MOBIUS... HAS TWO SIDES TO THEM... THE PERSON.... AND THE BEAST ___________________________________________ ???: *A dragon-like creature lands on a tall building, roaring out to the fleeing masses as its jet-black metal body gleams under the setting sun* Roar: *Lands amongst the terrified public, quickly deploying his cannon at the massive robot beast* Everyone get back!! *Keeps his optics trained on the creature* ???: *Looks at Roar and tilts its head curiously with a soft purr, its teeth sheething back and its wings relaxing to its body, the purple glowing eyes looking somewhat familiar* L....L-Leo *Speaking in a gravelly, beastly voice* Roar: *Slowly lowers his arm, the cannon transforming back into his hand as his faceplate retracts, his expression shocked* Talia..? ___________________________________________ -A dark, derelict lab with glowing orange tubes providing the only sources of light. Three figures crash through the building and land one-by-one: Pounce, Howl, and Cackle, all of them standing up simultaneously and exploring the lab- Pounce: *Slowly approaches the tube and tilts her head, curious about the strange metal mass inside* ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lazer: *Slowly pokes his head into a cave, an anxious look in his eyes as he gets a good look at the creature he followed here* ???-->Endling: *Backed up into the cave wall, staring at Lazer intently, slowly relaxing upon locking eyes with him* ___________________________________________ -A police chase between Endling and a few pursuing patrol cars, Lazer clinging onto her back spikes as Endling traverses the city rooftops- Officer 1: *Leaning his head out the window, gun trained on Endling* STOP RIGHT THERE!!! Lazer: *Panicking* I'M CAN'T CONTROL IT!! -They come up to a narrow space close to the ground, too narrow for Endling to squeeze through- Endling: *Throws Lazer up into the air, her plating and mass reshaping into a smaller, more Mobian-esque shape. She flips around and flies through the air as catches the falling Lazer* Lazer: *Locks eyes with her, staring in awe both from the incredible transformation and the familiarity of the robot* Endling: *Looks back up and rotates so that they both fit through the space, afterwards she tosses Lazer onto her back and quickly transforms again, going back to running* -The police start firing on them, the bullets bouncing off of her armor plating- Endling: *Growls low and starts to charge up a blast, purple energy glowing through the seams in her body until she fires and jumps through the energy ball, her and Lazer completely vanishing* Officer 2: *Too stunned to notice that he's about to crash into a road barrier, too late to brake to a halt as the front end of the car collides with the concrete, the other squad car hitting him from behind* Lazer: *Lets out a terrified scream once they reappear, seeing the approaching ledge lead to a huge gap over the road* Endling: *Lets her wings loose as she leaps off, gliding over the street below with her eyes set on the next building* ___________________________________________ Howl: *Flying low to the ground alongside a light blue and silver hedgehog-like robot, which running along the desert floor* ___________________________________________ Endling: *Swoops in as she sets fire to a bridge along the mountain wall, causing it to crumble as Roar runs towards it* ___________________________________________ Jackal: *Fighting with a reprogrammed Umbra, rolling out of the way as Roar and L.O. (In his new roboticized form) land in between them* ___________________________________________ Claw: *Spins around and fires a missile back in Pounce and Cackle's direction, turning back forward to fly away* Cackle: *Grabs Pounce and rolls her out of the way* Pounce: *Stares at the missile as it passes her before she and Cackle correct themselves and he releases her, firing back at Claw with her arm cannon* ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Talia: Leo...there is so much more to this than you know. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Howl: *Jumps at L.O. from behind as he looms over Roar, hoping to get the jump on him* L.O.: *Wheels around and stabs her through the stomach, turning back to Roar with a smug, sinister look as his other hand transforms into a pronged device, which he uses to fire at and charge up the metal structure behind him* ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Roar, Jackal, Cackle, and Pounce all enter a massive cavern, retrofitted with strange machines and more glowing tubes with metal creatures inside- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Endling: *Lets out an ear-splitting, deep roar, her mouth glowing a bright purple* -------------------------------------------------------------------------
