yay drawing improvement space or arrows to go back and forth :D the second one is from last year bc it was required for a school project, where we would choose an element and make a presentation and create super hero/super villain based on it. based on radium --- some fun facts abt radium: ⇢ founded by Marie Curie and Pierre Curie, who were able to make 0.1 grams of radium in 1902 ⇢ extremely radioactive and toxic, can cause diseases like leukemia ⇢ ironically cures cancer even though it also causes it ⇢ result of decayed uranium ⇢ decays into radon ⇢ a long time ago, radium was actually thought to be good for your health! people would put it in their water for some reason. there were also these radium girls who would work at factories and paint clocks w/ radium mixed with zinc sulfide (for a glow). the girls would sharpen their brushes with their tongue, causing some of the girls' jaws to fall off! --- anyways thats it hehe
this is really rushed and low effort lmao uhh here's my sources for my old presentation ig (enjoy hehe): --- Works Cited: Lew, Kristi. Radium. New York City, Rosen Pub. Group, 2009. "radium."
