 (aw, yeah) it feels so good so we're singing in the air and that just feels quite contrary to the bustling lifestyle that we're in so we're movin' through the streets and we're movin' to the beat and yet everything that life has in it is always blue it's blue, and yes that's true, and it's true that you have the blues what's going on today? is it gonna be okay? why would you think to cry when instead you could just ask why why don't you look up into the night sky and count the stars, and then you can explain why the world feels so plain and what the blue can do for you and why the color's got that groove and dance away into the night (with confidence) that the world feels alright feelin' fine, that’s enough, sometimes i’m stuck in the rough, when nothing that i do seems enough feelin' fine, but it’s tough, i’m just thinkin' over stuff but everything has now turned gray (i'll do it anyway) it's gray, and that's okay, it's okay that life is gray wanna try something new? what are you gonna do? what would it take to smile when it has been quite a while often i look up into the bright sky and catch the sun, and just cannot explain why the world's filled with pain i'm at a loss of what to do though others seem to have the groove the color gray fills the day (with hesitance) and that's not okay feelin' bad, that’s okay, we're gonna go on anyway 'cause tomorrow is a grand brand new day (oh yes it is!) if you can't, that's okay, you're the one who gets the say and we don't have to go today feelin' bad, that's okay, i am happy anyway as sadness's never quite here to stay if you're tired from yesterday we can stay inside today so let's go get a snack (mmm mmm!) it tastes so good! and so we're music'ly in rhyme and we are gonna have a good time let's get on up and sing or do literally anything and make your feelings self-aware 'cause depression is still out there but keep it and make sure that you control it dunno what to do? that's alright too
